"mcdonalds right next to the clinic.

P.S. I've given you a Fabulous Blog Award! Stop by when you can to pick it up. ;)

Two hours in Target with two little ones is a complete nightmare. I'm pretty sure the stress causes your body to go into survival mode, which won't allow you to burn any excess calories. There. Feel better?

Promises, promises. How convenient for the McD's. Yogurt and salad right? Good job on the half pound anyway!!

With a week like that, "you deserve a break today". That commercial was written for week's like yours.

I've had those days, seriously how could you not opt for the fast food, it was there just for you. Hope your kids are feeling better. Good luck this week and a half pound down is better than a half pound up. ;)

Ugh, that sounds awful. Still, you're holding your own, so hang in there!

Wait. Losing a pound and a half is great ... not something to post excuses about. I wish I lost a pound and a half! Good job!

I think you just described my worst nightmare and I only have one child!

I think you pretty much just described my life, right down to the ease of McDonalds. I'm so sorry you're having a rough time right now and I hope things cheer up soon. Plus, solo parenting is the ultimate excuse to skip exercise and eat whatever you want. I'm not supposed to say that, being that I'm the HASAY leader and all but it's true.

Hmmm...I think we might have the same life! Nice job on the 1.5 pounds!

McDonalds is the devil.

You just described my visits to Target without the sick children. With all of that going on and you still lost weight? Good for you!! You should be proud of yourself. Taking care of sick children doesn't leave any time for the mommy. I gained .6 lbs. and didn't have any of the sick children. I don't have any excuses except I'm stuffing my face.
